Making pie with fresh pumpkin!
Nate gets a hankerin' for pumpkin pie, and we got a nice one from Ploughshares nursery, so we spent the morning making it together. Cannoli helped.

A pastry tool? Can't even think what it's called, much less use one! Your pie looks delicious!
Nate: Pies are one of the harder dishes to make. If you can do a pie (especially the crust!), you can do anything!
