Let's go fly a kite...

What better way to chase off the blues than the Berkeley Kite Festival on a sunny, breezy day? Nate had a teensie handmade kite and then mommy hands over the reigns of her small kite. The video features daddy's old beard (now departed) and his silly but effective hat (that he bought all by himself!)

Still pretty gloomy at times around here as we get over head colds and Nate looks for Rocco. We have to say "no Rocco, Rocco is bye-bye gone" and see Nate pout and look confused. How often have families raced to the pound after Lassie goes paws up? Mommy is sitting on her hands to keep from going to the animal rescue people and picking up another black cat for Nate.
