Also, much more sophisticated sentence structure happening:
"Daddy went to work already!"
Then, leaving the house: "Nate goes to work!"
On his tricycle: "Let's go for a ride!"
And to Daddy: "Let's water the grass together!"

And he has a sense of humor.
As Piaget would say, he knows that the world goes on outside his immediate viewing. This is a jump in maturity.
Wow! Must be all that exposure to rich language -- Mom, Dad, books, videos, the world outside.... He's going to keep you guys going!
He definitely has a good sense of humor, we always try out silly combinations of familiar things...for instance, the whole "goes to work" meme. Cat-ky goes to work; the circle on his scribbler board, off to work it goes. Making sense of the universe.
