A couple of pals out on a lark...

At the miniature steam train in Tilden Park...
Nora: "Hi Nate! Hi Nate!"
Nate: (drools)
And the carousel nearby:
Nora: "Chicken! Frog! Out out!"
Nate: (drools)
Nora: "Bear! Mine! Mine!"
Nate: "Diggy diggy do!"
Yes, Ms. Nora talks more than any 20-month-old you have ever met. Nate loves her company though he cannot engage her in conversation!
Note the pink color of the children...about 87 degrees out today! Time for the Bay Area's summer.

This is soooo cute! Nate is the strong and silent type of course. Love and Kisses, Ma
Moira entire vocabulary consists of Dadd-do which means daddy not to be confused with dawddy which of course is doggie. She also does a mean night-night and bawl (ball) and baught (bubble). She only says Mama when she is really upset and it is usually MAMAMAMA! If youask her where her shoes are she'll point to her feet but my favorite is when you ask her where her nose is and she jams her entire finger up inside it! Works well at parties and at daycare!
"Do" is getting a heavy workout around here, short for "I do it" I believe. Also, "shoes" making a fine showing. For a long time "where's your nose?" led Nate only to mine, which was of course "his" nose. "Bauf" still going strong at "bath" time.
