Winter playtime!

Still waiting on rain and enjoying a little muted sunshine, Daddy the Porter carried Mucky on over to the playground in his backpack and helps Mucky break in his cool new robot bucket.

Today we went to the Berkeley Marina and it was absolutely gorgeous--streaky clouds, no wind, flat bay water, and lots of tots and dogs to watch. Nate had a grand time feasting on graham crackers and practicing holding our hands walking (video up soon!!).

Mommy is reading Babble and the rest of the Sunday Times, and working on 1491 which is a little like homework but a fun read. Also got "The Known World" by Edward P. Jones.
