A pre-Birthday with the Grandparents

The Carter Grandkin came to visit and we had a celebration for Nate's first B-day (on the 17th). You can see that Momma and baby appear to be equally interested in what's in the box, with matching looks of concentrated interest! Genetics?

Nate had a fine visit with the Carters, we went to the playground and to Lakeshore together and Nate had his first Arizmendi pizza, with leeks! He was quite used to the company by the time they left and misses them!
