A Fine Diner

The little guy loves to eat but must have some bread or Cheerios to put in a container! Here he refills the squash jar, half on his face, with bread. Wacky, wacky child! Auntie Heidi helps dole out the Cheerios and is dismayed by the amount that ends up on the floor. Sometimes Nate gets to drop the same ones over and over! He gets a kick out of feeding mommy so I try not to let them get too old!

He ate plain tofu the other day but mommy is not doing too well cooking for him! He nixed the canned apricots today, and hates chopped liver! Ditto for green beans and cheese.

Sensorimotor stage: ( from Piaget)
children experience the world through movement and senses and learn object permanence. ( put it there - inside - pick it up from inside and put it outside.)

Piaget watched his little Swiss children play and decided they wanted to learn and didn't need adults to tell them anything, pretty cool. I wonder if he wrestled his tots as much as we do--we have tot rolling on the bed every evening.
